Archived Schedules

When the "End Schedule Year" action is taken within the settings page, that year's convention schedule is archived.

For historic purposes, archived schedules remain visible to Fennec users. In the app's sidebar, historic schedules can be selected via the dropdown menu at the bottom of the sidebar. When viewing an archived schedule, the schedule is in a read-only state, meaning no modifications can be made to the schedule. This includes attendee actions such as bookmarking panels, and staff actions such as adding/deleting panels.

Archived schedules should be treated as historic records, and a schedule should not be archived unless the current year has been entirely wrapped up. If a year was mistakenly archived, contact support for assistance on reversing the operation.
