Schedule Page
This is the main page attendees will interact with when using Fennec.
Schedule Area
This area contains all of the scheduled events for the convention. Users can view events one day at a time, and can navigate between days with the arrows to the right and left of the displayed date.
Schedule Blocks
Events are grouped by their starting time, chronologically. Users may click on events to view additional details about the event, such as the description and hosts.
During the convention, events that are currently in-progress are displayed in their own group, with a "Happening Now!" header. In addition, in-progress events will show a progress bar at the bottom to show how far along they are.
Schedule Settings
Clicking the gear icon above the schedule blocks will present options for adjusting the view of the schedule.
- Show 18+ Panels - Whether to show events that have been marked as 18+
- Show Finished Panels - Whether to show events that have occurred in the past.
- Enable Notifications - Allows the user to enable push notifications if changes to an event's time or location occur, or if an event is cancelled.
The "Enable Notifications" option will only appear if the web browser being used supports sending push notifications.
Schedule Alerts
If the time or location of an event is changed, or if an event is cancelled, alerts stating these changes will display in the "Schedule Alerts" area. Alerts are shown for all affected events that take place in the future, or during the current day. Once the day of the event has passed, the alert will no longer be shown.
If maintenance mode is enabled, event changes will not have alerts generated or displayed.
