Settings

The settings page is where you can configure overall settings and options for the schedule.

Schedule Settings

The "Schedule Settings" panel provides general settings for the functionality of the application.

  • Event Name - Your convention's name. This will appear in the app's header and the browser tab when using the app.
  • Event Start Date - The start date of your convention. This setting will restrict the lower bound of selectable days when viewing/editing the schedule.
  • Event End Date - The end date of your convention. This setting will restrict the upper bound of selectable days when viewing/editing the schedule.
  • Event Time Zone - The time zone of your convention's location. Format should follow IANA's time zone database format. i.e. "America/Chicago", "Europe/Berlin", etc.
  • Day Split Time - If you would like to split your schedule's days on a non-midnight time, you can input the time to split days here in HH:mm 24 hour format.
    • A common use case is for dances that run late into the night. If you have dances that run until 2 AM, you can set the split time to "03:00". This will cause a dance that happens at 1 AM Sunday to display at the end of the Saturday page instead.
  • Event Homepage URL - The link to your convention's website. This is the link used for the "Convention Website" link in the collapsible sidebar.
  • Maintenance Mode - Whether to enable maintenance mode for the schedule. When maintenance mode is enabled, the following behaviors occur:
    • Users will not be able to view your convention's schedule. Only logged in staff members with proper permissions will be able to view the schedule.
    • Any changes to events made while maintenance mode is enabled will NOT cause notifications to be sent to attendees. Changes made with maintenance mode turned on will also not be displayed in the "Schedule Alerts" panel, even once maintenance mode is turned off.

Schedule Appearance

The "Schedule Appearance" panel allows you to modify the appearance of the schedule.

Currently, the only option is to change the schedule's primary color theming. Once a color is chosen and saved, the app will create a monochrome color theme centered around your selected color.

You may upload an image here that will be used for your convention's logo that will be shown on the app.

Uploaded images should be square, and not exceed a resolution of 1000x1000.
